  3. Right-click the annotate and choose Brand Current Properties Default.

When you use @mention in your personal commenting notes in a PDF file, the review mode gets enabled for you. The reviewers go an invitation email with a link to the Document Cloud shared review file.

  1. In the comment text, click the @ symbol.

    @ mention the reviewers to draw attention

  2. A popup menu volition announced with a list of reviewers. Choose the reviewer you want to mention.
