How to create manual order on Amazon fulfillment center (FBA) which ordered on other sources or another marketplace like eBay, Walmart, Skubana, Jane Seller and other websites. So that Amazon will ship those orders to the customer on behalf of you.

Simply, Create Fulfillment Order means that you want Amazon to take one of your products and ship it to a customer. And Amazon FBA stands for Fulfilled by Amazon – "You sell it, we ship it" in Amazon's terms & conditions. You can create a manual order on Amazon if you already send your products to Amazon warehouse or store. For creating manual order on amazon you need to take some procedure. We will discuss that procedure.

Manual Order Creates Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)

Suppose, you have a seller account on another online marketplace like Walmart, Skubana, Jane Seller, etc including Amazon. You are selling the same products in these marketplaces. You equally store your products in your warehouse and Amazon's warehouse.

If a customer orders a product from your listing products on Amazon, then Amazon can easily ship the products from their warehouse on behalf of you. This is called Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). That's why you need to send your products to the Amazon warehouse so that Amazon can able to ship the products to the customers on time.

On the other side, if a customer orders a product from other marketplaces like Walmart, Skubana, Jane Seller, etc. you can easily ship your products from your warehouse. Now, one customer orders a product from other marketplaces, but unfortunately, you have no store of that product in your warehouse. That means the product is out of stock in the warehouse. At that moment, you can ship the product from the Amazon warehouse. For that, you need to create a manual fulfillment order on Amazon.

The procedure is described below:

Step 1: You just need necessary from Order of other Source. So you need to login to your other seller account and find out the order which needs to ship by Amazon. Here we will show the process from SKUBANA, But the process of Amazon is the same. So no matter where you give them information on Amazon, The process is the same. Let's start.

On SKUBANA at first, you need a list of Out of stock order. So you need to login to the Skubana website and find out the out of stock product from Orders >>> Unresolved >>> Out of Stock.

Step 2: You need to collect the information about the product and customer from here by clicking on Orders >>> Unresolved >>> Out of Stock >>> Order Number

Step 3: You need to collect the product SKU from Orders >>> Unresolved >>> Out of Stock >>> Channel CheckBox

Create Manual Fulfillment Order on Amazon FBA

Now, you need to login on Amazon Seller Account. Then, you need to go to Manage Inventory and find out the product from Inventory >>> Manage Inventory >>> Search by SKU

Step 4: After finding the product we need to click on the drop-down box and click on the "Create fulfillment order".

Inventory >>> Manage Inventory >>> Search by SKU >>> Click on "Create fulfillment order"

Step 5: You need to input the collected information as customer name, address, phone number, email, etc. into Amazon. Then, Amazon will ship the product to the customers.

Inventory >>> Manage Inventory >>> Search by SKU >>> Click on "Create fulfillment order" >>> Input Information >>> Continue >>> Place Order
